Anxiety

We all have anxiety. It is the mechanism that evolved to keep us out of danger. When we perceive danger, our fight or flight response helps us to survive. When we remain in a stress state, miscalculate risks,  or our ability to cope, the result can be an anxiety disorder.

CBT has been scientifically proven as an effective treatment for anxiety disorders and is widely viewed  as the gold standard therapeutic treatment for anxiety.

Some common anxiety disorders that I work with are:
