My clients work with a variety of food plans. I help with strategies to avoiding weight loss pitfalls, and offer support in recovering from a lapse. I do not provide specific food plans, but my bias is for portion control systems (Weight Watchers*, My Fitness Pal) as I see them as more sustainable long-term.  

We all have to manage our food intake for optimal health, particularly in this age of abundance. I help clients to normalize this need and not to see it as a character flaw (as many do) that they are alone have to endure. Learning to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviors around food, are skills that you can utilize the rest of your life.
